Laboratoire et bureaux, Villejuif

Opposite the Gustave Roussy Institute, block B3.b embodies a new showcase for innovation through the shared laboratories of Kadans Science Partner France. Located in the Grand-Parc ZAC (TVK urban planners), our proposal won over the jury with its flexible and functional tripartite building and terraced landscape. The project reflects the topography of the site. The three identical, regular volumes (22 m deep) are offset to meet phasing requirements while offering oblique and distant views. The apparent simplicity of the geometry goes hand in hand with efficient project management. The highly flexible building allows for the marketing of half-floors of approximately 565 m², as well as small-scale lots up to entire floors.
